Well not necessarily 1 hour, just 30-45mts of meditation is more enough, breathing exercise of 20mts is more effective to handle stress.

Meditation is a great way to destress as well as improve a person's concentration powers. I can meditate form 45 mins up to an hour at a stretch. Anything beyond that at a stretch gets difficult for me. I realized that I feel much calmer and can focus on tasks much better thanks to meditation.

hi ,meditation is very much need in these days due to eveyrone are having lots of stress with the daily life.Early morning as we get up meditaion for 15 minutes can make our day good .whenever we hav time if we meditate it will give us more energy.
