I want to buy a new phone and I want it to be wifi enabled. There are a lot of brands out there that has that capability but which is the best one? Should I buy a Nokia, Samsung, LG, Sony Ericsson or an iPad? Whats your opinion on these different phone models?

I have a Samsung. I got it when I renewed my contract. I like its features, especially the the video feature. I haven't had any problems with it.

I have been using an Iphone for a long time now and trust me I can't even imagine of using any other phone now. Apart from being so incredibly easy to use it has loads of application support. When i'm bored, I just open my fav racing game and get moving! I think that Iphone is the best phone available in the market. And you should definately go for it. I've had no problems using it for almost 2 years now.

Hi panagdato, I think it's nice for you to make a budget first. Therefore you can have a close watch and make comparison on phones that have same price. The salesman surely will show you the features and functions of different brand phones. It's more practical than to get opinion from others as different people have different need and liking. Yeah, I mean you can collect the opinions and suggestions from our friends here and then go and visit the cellphone outlet. How nice it's to touch and to try out as many genuine devices as you wish in person with the explanation of the salesman there Good luck and have a nice day

i think you should choose either a palm pre or an iphone. I have a palm and it picks up really good wifi. If you are just looking for a wifi compliant device, i would go for a kindle or ipad.

Mobile phones - You may buy any phone to suit your requirement but always buy Nokia. They have created it with tried and trusted technology.
I have so far tried all the brands you mentioned, except iPod. However, my son in law has it, the touch screen model. It has the same features as my Nokia 5800. iPod is priced a bit higher, with more or less the same features. There is nothing to beat Nokia. I have tried Nokia N91, N95, E71 and now I have Nokia 5800. I bought it because it is a phone with 3G technology. I recommend you may buy any phone to suit your requirement but always buy Nokia. They have created it with tried and trusted technology.

I honestly still believe that the best phone right now is still the iPhone. There might be other forms that have better hardware but still, the iPod screen is a lot smoother and more responsive than all any other phone. I currently have a LG dare\ which I thought would be a lot better than an iPhone. but after only an iPod touch and mt phone I was disappointed with my phone, the screen is not as responsive as it is in an iPod touch. about the iPad, I don't think you should get one because it's not worth it right now, just wait a couple months and Apple will release a second generation iPod which will be even cheaper and better. Hope this helps
