I use to be a heavy weight, I don't care about my body figure. Everytime I got frustrated I ate too much and this is my way of expressing out . Since when I noticed that I was getting so fat and I lost my confidence, I started to study and research . I was so happy that I achieved it. From there that has a big tummy presently sexy!! I was able to maintain and even not so conscious about it since it is working fine. Do you want to know what I did? I just control my intake but nor to escape meals. To exercise before going to bed. Just have a discipline for your daily routine. Start to love yourself!!!! Do you?

You knowwhat....I am 5'2"tall.I use toweigh 100 pounds,which is small but not to small for my height. Now I am 145 pounds,andI dont think Ihave ever lookedbetter. I do admit a verysmall stomach,otherwise Ithink my body looks much better now that it ever did before. Loving yourself can make a world of difference in how you feel.Though I wouldnt say I aways have a daily routine,I have been trying to wake up each day happy and new.

hi jenely, I admire you for that determination and perseverance as a person who will find ways in achieving a goal. You are exactly right.. The best way to have a sexy body is to control yourself with an initiative to do so for a good outcome. I am happy for you and your sharing about your real life experience. You are able to inspire people who have problems in such to have confidence and self- esteem that life is more beautiful if we find ways to make it a colorful one. I, too, went through a period where I just ate too much. I was depressed and ate to make myself feel better. I'd eat just junk. I've put on some weight, but I'm working on losing it now. I try to go to the gym three times a week, and I've started doing yoga. Unfortunately, I've been a little ill this week, so I haven't been as good about exercising. I also try to eat better. I eat salads and have fruits and vegetables to snack on if I get hungry, instead of chips or chocolate. I've also cut all regular soda and am working on cutting diet soda. I feel much better about myself, even if I have lost only a little weight. I also feel better knowing that my boyfriend finds me attractive, even if I am a little overweight.

Yes this problems also with me.. because i am also too fat.. and mostly fat are on my tummy.. so i always get frustrated of it.. when anybody comment on my tummy..so now i want to reduce my tummy.. because their is too fat on it.. but how.. because i have no any idea of reducing it..
