Sharecash ??? - Please help !

I came to know about some site called sharecash. I have not yet tried it out. I have 8 questions about it : -
How much does it pay per download ?
Is it reliable ?
What is the maximum size of file to be uploaded ?
It uses paypal or alertpay ?
Are there any proofs of payment ?
Can we earn by referring people ?
Is the speed of download fast ?
What is the minimum cashout limit ?

For international I think it's 0.20 per download and for US citizens is 0.40 (not 100$ sure)
The bad thing is that whenever someone downloads something from you, he can not downloading anything else, because he has already done the surveys and can not make duplicate accounts.
