Do you really care about your health?

People now are becoming more health conscious? TV and print ads are educating us of products that can "detox"/cleanse and improve our health. Wheat grass, barley and other herbs are some of these products. Infomercials are also abundant, showing before and after weight loss which they also associate with a healthy lifestyle. Sports like marathons, badminton, swimming, basketball, baseball etc are more widespread and entice people to become active. How about you, do you really care about your health? Would you spend extra money to buy these products? Have you tried them? Do you have an active and healthy lifestyle?

Hi a2beads. I really do care about my health, though there was a point in my life wherein I was not aware that I did was not healthy anymore. When I was in college, I get stressed up all the time and then I'd forget to eat meals on time. The act finally paid off several months after I graduated. I developed GERD (Gastro-Esophagial Reflux Disease). I suddenly found it hard to breathe because of the acid reflux. I underwent Endoscopy and my gastroenterologist said that she has found scratches in the linings of my stomach. So now, it's strictly prohibited for me to skip meals and drink and eat acidic drinks and foods. I also tend to manage my stress now. It's really not a joke when the healing starts. We should eat the right foods and meals at the right time. So be better careful and take good care of your health before the regret starts.

of course yes i have a care to my health and i want to become a slightly fat because i'm very thin my body. i been spend extra money to buy some vitamins. but sometime i'm tired because of computer i spend more time in computer than to my health. take care to your health and be happy everyday.

Hi beads . I really do care about my health as health is wealth . I don't use any products for improving my health because I am still 17 and i don't think it required in my age. The best way to stay healthy for me is to play soccer. According to a study conducted by a university . Most of the people who play soccer are healthy and fit . Soccer involves the coordination of our whole body . It tests our stamina and regular play of soccer also increases our stamina which is great . Sports is the best way to improve our health . I read this in a newspaper and thought of sharing it here . We should give at least 2 hours in a week to play soccer which improves our health . Happy mylotting and have a nice day !
