Need help trying to figure out if this program is for legit

Hey mylot peeps. I need some advice on whether this business opportunity is legit. My Uncle is trying to get me to do it. I researched online and found a lot of different reviews about it but am still not sure if its a legal program. It's called Liberty International. I believe there website is www.libertyinternational.net and they are partnered with a company called WOWMobile. To me it looks like a Pyramid scheme although my uncle says its not so I am like unsure what to believe. If anyone that has heard of it knows more about it please let me know. I've been in many other programs that looked similar to this that end up being failures that the SEC closed down so I don't want to lose any money and I definitely don't want my uncle to lose more than he is invested. So any advice would help. Thanks.
