Well personally I think that would be Moving out (of my parent's home) made me realize that I'm really an adult now and responsible for everything, from the most basic necessities to the most trivial decisions. How about you? What's the biggest change you ever made?

For me it was getting married and moving across the ocean with my husband.. I lived at home before that so I went through a bunch of changes all at once. Living away from home, in another country.. that was the biggest change in my life I guess :)

It must be very difficult for you Soleil05, it's not a simple change or decision that you need to make. It needs a lot of courage to do it.. Hoping the best in life for you.. :-)

I guess we almost have the same situation. I do consider moving out from my father's house as one of the biggest changes that happened to my life so far. I started to become independent. I learned a lot of things based on my experiences. Now, I am not living alone. I am with my boyfriend right now. We were living together for how many months already. I have learned to take responsibilities not only for myself but for the one I love as well. I made some mistakes but I learned from them. Having the freedom to decide for myself really feels so good. I am happy with the changes that are happening into my life nowadays. If possible, I hope it would always be like this.

I Agree!.. It's really different when you're living on your own, what more if you have a companion. It's kinda difficult, but its worth the decision to be independent as life challenges teaches you to become a better person. Cheers!

I used to live with my parents and then they got divorced when I was 10 years old. My dad moved out and my mom plus my sister continued to live in our house. When I was 16 years old I went to a further education college. I lived at college in the term time and went home in the holidays. I had another change when I bought my own little cottage at age 19 years old. I sold that 5 years ago and now live in a house overlooking the countryside. Traveling to different countries is very much part of my life. I would say the biggest change to my live was having a disabled baby son born in 2007. He is almost three years old and he is unable to walk. I am trying to sell my house and buy a bungalow this year.
