When I was young ,I always remember an old song sung by Cliffe Richard and it said " we are going ona summer holiday...."Yes,how coule we forget the times when we still have our summer hoildays.Adter a long time in school, people just wanted to have fun during their summer times.I like the high school sunmeer hoildays mush better than the University one.Why ? The University one was a bit too long.4 months..wow.If you don't want to take some summer course and you have no ummer job,you will definiately "boring to dead"The high school one was just appropiate and we could really enjoy holidays like that.I forgot which one was my most unforgetable one,but I think it maybe the last summer holidays i got before I graduate from University. Not because of I was going to graduate afater that, but because I still needed to take a 6 weeks intensive French course (my third language),from Monday to Friday 8-5 to get enough credit for my graduation. It was something, man.Well,Share with me about your experience.

I spent my whole last summer holiday working at the seaside. You probably can imagine a teenager spending 4 months at the sea.I had a lot of work but when I used to finish it I used to attack the beach. The emotions I got there will always stay stamped on my mind.

The most memorable summer holiday I have had was when i went to Hongkong with my family. Though dad was not able to come, we still had fun. It was an all expense paid trip courtesy of my very loving and generous aunt. we visited Ocean Park, Hong Kong park, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, The Peak, Victoria Harbour, Discovery Bay and shopping malls like Landmark, Pacific Place, IFC, Times Square and a lot more. We did some shopping too. I bought tops and bags at my favorite shop, Mango. Hongkong is shopper's paradise. There are many shops to go to that ranges from budget to extravagant. :) I am hoping to visit Hongkong before the years comes to an end, prolly November. :)

Our summers lasted from June to September. One summer around my sixth grade year, I went with my mother and some other people to Erie Pennsylvania. There I met my cousin's people and in particular these girls. They invited me to this house party which was fun. My best memory is when we walked down the street and they played this transistor radio and we danced to the Temptations song, "Aint to Proud to Beg." It was innocence and sort of magical. My best memory is when we went down to the grade school in the summers. These, as I remember it, were my first to sixth grade years. We had counselors in the morning to afternoon. One counselor I remember had been our high school drum majorette named Patty. I was very excited to have her as my counselor. She had a huge container that held balls, bats, checker games and other things we could play with. Usually, kids from my neighborhood and the Projects came to play. After the counselors left, we stayed and played games like "Red rover red rover let Pam come over." As the sun held its belly at the horizon, there was a section between the two adjoining parts of the building that got real dark. The big kids would take their girlfriends in there and we nosey kids would go look and they'd shoo us away. As the sun went down many of the kids in our neighborhood played tag or ran races on Clay Street. After supper I'd go back to Clay Street. We'd hang out on the corner and the older boys would sing doo-wo- (with a "p" at the end) songs (miming such groups as the Coasters, Drifters, and Moonglows, songs sung in harmony just for the ladies.) Later after the city's radio station went off the air, we would use somebody's transistor radio to play WLAC or Randy as we called it out of Gallitin Tennessee where we could listen to Black artists.

When I was twelve years old and my grandmother will always bring us to the province together with my cousins. It was the place where my grandmother was born. It is a nice place with lots of rice fields and mango trees. I really love it when my cousins and I would ride the sled pulled by the horse. And in the evening my grandmother would tell us stories about the supernatural beings seen in the rice fields. Those were the days that I really missed the most. And for me and my cousins those are the unforgettable memories we had. During our childhood years. And even up to now we still go back to the province to visit our relatives there. And it will always remind us of our beloved grandma.

My best summer vacation is when I was sent to stay with my great grandma for the summer. I met a lot of family that I had never seen before, I got a lot of pretty new clothes and I had the chance to have some fun because my parents weren't there over protecting me or turning everything into work.

Well my most experienced and unforgetable summer las last year in Burgas , Bulgaria.I was living with my relatives in the whole summer.Every day i was going to the beachs with friends from the neighbourhood. In the holidays we were goind on sea fishing or on a trip with a car to the boundaries of the country. With my uncle we drived around the whole area of the city in 200km range and we travel so much with his car.In the last few days of my summer vacation i met a girl there and we were together in all minutes until i go , but we still keep connection and she is waiting for me this summer.I hope this summer is better than this last year and i hope to have more experienced and unforgetable moments on it.It was unforgetable !
