I think it is a nice idea to use different soap from your family. I have my own brand of soap from my family, so every time I went home to the province I always bring my own soap but my siblings like it it so I let them use it. But my parents every brand of soap is okay for them, so sometimes we shared for one soap.

My husband and I shares only the same soap, but when I took a vacation back in my country, we do use different soaps. My mom uses the kind of soap she is used of using while my youngest brother uses exfoliating soap. For me I use whitening soap and sometimes I do use the liquid body wash which is much more gentle on the skin and gives a soft and smooth feeling. Although we use different soap, it is upon us also on how we can save our own soaps. We do put our bar of soap in a dish but we use to cut it smaller piece and leave the rest of the bar in its box. We can save more when we do this.

Yeah, everyone's in the family has their own soap. My husband uses germicidal soap because he works in the heat of the sun, my daughters uses skin whitening soaps while I use moisturizing soap. Everybody has its own preferences.
