any tips for fast casting of votes?

To speed up your voting on May 10, you can already find your precinct number online at the COMELEC site. I just did a few hours ago and was a bit surprised that the COMELEC facility actually worked! You should also go to the polling place with your list of candidates. This not only speeds up the voting process but also ensures or at least limits the possibility of marring your ballot with erasures which could invalidate your ballot. The PICOS machines reportedly will not read ballots with stray markings or if marked in excess of the allowable candidates per post. Let us pray for clean and honest elections.
