Should Robin Uthappa be in the World Cup T20 squad

Robin Uthappa is a power hitter and can demolish any bowling attack on any given day and he is also in great form. He could also play the role of a wicket keeper. He is definitely better than Dinesh Karthik, Rohit Sharma. I think he should have been in the T20 squad
