What's up with SimpleGPT?

so first they changed the emails to big tent. That was do-able but not as easy as from my inbox. Now they say they are emailing them to me again.. but I didn't get them yet... What's up with all the changes. I really like their site as it pays more than most and payout is low.... what's up???
