What if anything do you do to exercise? Daily workouts, walking ??

I am trying to change to a healthier lifestyle and have started walking every day at lunch time to get some exercise and to relax to some music. It makes a nice break in the middle of the day. How about you? Do you exercise at a gym? Go walking, running??

I begin my exercise schedule around six in the morning.I start with warm up for around 15 minutes followed by walking for about 45 minutes.If i'm unable to walk i use the tread mill and bike for half an hour.The advantage of early morning exercise is we feel agile the whole day and active.Our daily work and chores are accomplished with vigour.

i need motivation again to keep and get going, i've lost my thing for excerise. but i will still walk to work when i have the chance. but it is nice to slowly see results. i like walking and using some excercise equipment.

I go to the gym three times a week and do cardio. I'm adding weight training soon. I'm also trying to do 15 minutes of yoga a day.

I have my own weight lifting machine. I do weight training and i also walk long distances too.
