Games instead of work

When you switch on the computer to do some work, do you find that you end up playing Spider Solitaire or some other silly game? I don't know what it is. I sometimes treat myself to a game if I've done work. Sometimes I do it to avoid work. I can't seem to stop myself. I've been doing this for years. Ooohh, time for coffee and a game of Spider Solitaire. I'm addicted to it. Maybe I go back because occasionally I'm rewarded with a win. It's like gambling and the reward is simply beating the computer game. Are you easily distracted by these simple games, or have you managed to wean yourself off them?

I am one of those people who would only do work under pressure and I am working towards changing that because it is taking a toll in my studies. This wasn't always the case though but those games are just too addicting!!
