I can't send a support ticket to gagabux administrator

No matter how many times I tried to send a support ticket to gagabux to ask about my first cashout, I just couldn't accomplish this small task. It is my fault, or the system intentionally not allowing me to do so? I write a ticket in an attempt to ask the site administrator in question regarding to my first payout. It is almost a month, and I still not getting paid. Now, I reaching my second payout, and I couldn't cashout because my first payout still in queue. Does this happen to anyone who also a member of gagabux?

For me cashout took almost 17 days. In gagabux words it is 13 working days. If support ticket is not working, you can use forum to post your question. This may give result.

I reached my 4th payout while waiting for my 3rd....I used it to upgrade. I received my 3rd cash out after 17 days. I am going to cash out again today...so the waiting starts again I have sent several support tickets regarding different issues....they are never quick to respond...but in their defense, they probably get 100's of support tickets daily about the delay of payment issue.
