Most of the time I am sitting in front of computer. Which type of precaution we take and tell me about home type exercise? I want to maintain good health? which type food I take ?

I am sure that you cannot sit in front of the computer 24 hours a day...If your job requires you to spend most of the time in front of the computer , then you need to plan out a schedule so that you are able to do some regular exercise like brisk walking or jogging when you can find time either in the morning or in the evening and take care of your diet...

Make a schedule. I'm sure establishing your own online empire is a hardwork so you need to create a schedule and faithfully follow it. For example is when you wake up do some exercise. Then go online check your email. Avoid eating too much oily and salty foods. Eat fruits in your break or snack time. There are still a lot of things you can add to be healthy at the same time making money. :)

If you are a female, I can recommend you a bending every break so that your belly will not get big. For me I always check my tummy that it don't look like bloating. But since you are male you can take a stretching execise once in awhile. Then schedule yourself one day just to give yourself a break from the computer. Take a walk in the plaza.
