I was thinking about how many people want to read the Bible every day, but just don't because other things get in the way. What if those of us who want to be consistent reading the Bible daily did it together. It would certainly help if we were accountable to each other. So what do you think? Is there anyone who wants to join me in reading the Bible every day in May? A reasonable goal such as reading the Bible for 10 minutes daily is a great place to start. I just finished my Bible reading for the first day in May and hope to complete my goal to read the Bible every day this month! Anyone want to do it with me? We can post here when we read the Bible each day! Let me know if you decide you would like to read the Bible every day with me!

Great idea, accountability is great for Christian brothers and sisters. I think it would be most helpful to read the same passages, that way eveyone is on the same page as far as topic. It be much like a regular bible study at church. I would gladly join you.

Great idea! How about starting in Matthew? If you have any more ideas, I'd love to hear them. We could come back each day and talk about what we learned and how we can apply it to our lives. Sounds like fun! Thanks for joining me! :)

Sounds good to me, maybe we could find some links or someone who knows how to conduct a bible study. I know there are good orders to read in rather than just going randomly. I'll see what I can find.

Agreed! It is very worth it. There will be distractions, but making time to read God's Word is one simple step we can take to obey Him. And we know when we obey Him we will be blessed!
