What would you like to know about blogging?

I'm a civil engineer, computer programmer and an accidental webmaster. Now, I'm adding blogger or blog engineer to this list.
I'm now spending a lot of time here at myLot to draft articles for my blogs and to meet people who share my interests or interesting people with interesting stuff I can publish.
So, what would you like to know about blogging?

Though I have been operating my blog for sometime, I do occasionally write some articles mostly relating to my experience in spiritual field. You are invited to visit my blog http://knowyourself.blog.co.in and suggest some methods for overall improvement. Who are your target readers? What are you doing right now to reach them? I cannot comment much on the article because it's cultural thing. I assume your target readers are from India and I'm not that familiar with what your readers want to read.
As for technical aspects of the blog, I can comment on those. I'm using Kubuntu Linux to browse the web and your blog is appearing differently in my browser. I noticed that you are using Trebuchet as your main body font. You should know that this is not found in Linux distributions as well as Arial and Tahoma. You may want to add some alternate open source fonts in your list so it will show properly in Linux machines.
