Diet for gaining-weight?

Hi, mylotters. I am looking for diet, which will make me gain extra weight, because I feel too slim now and I don't like myself. Can you give me some tips how to do It faster? Thanks in advance

You should take your food properly and eat healthy food. You can also eat junk food for some days which makes people fat a little. Drink milk and eat egg everyday. I am sure after one week you will get the results. So best of luck and be careful don't gain more weight because weight gaining easy but loosing is difficult.

Thanks guys, but I had been tried this and I had had real results, but I can't be serious about my eating habits. I use to eat when I am hungry, not on casual or something, but thanks a lot for the advices. It looks like fault is only mine and I must change myself, not only my meal...

the easy ways to gain weight is to eat alot every day.. if ur lookin to gain muscle mass take supplements like protein, amino acids, zinc and creatine. eat atleast 6 to 8 meals every day.. try to have healthy meals that fill u up.. excercise reagularly.. atleast 4 days every week. lift heavy weights when u work out.. make sure u have someone that will spot u while ur lifting. if i get a certified personal trainer and nutritionist that will really help u get to ur goals alot faster. im studying to be a certified personal trainer and nutritionist i have learned alot about body building. etc.
