Do you find that your moods go up and down on a regular basis, you can't make your mind up and don't stick to decisions, and that some days you react badly to everyone and everything? If you do, how to you get out of this state?

Sounds very familiar. I found out that those moods you are talking about, are very normal. It can be caused by all kinds of things. Troubles, worries, sorrows, depression or in my case the midlife crisis. Once I had talked to different doctors about my mood swings, I realized (also by talking to others around me, friends and acquaintances.) that it is totally normal. Almost everybody has them. The more I worried about it, the more depressed I was getting. When I didn't worry about it anymore, I was surprised to find myself answer:"no", to my BF's question. He asked me if I was still in my depression. That is when I realized, I don't get the mood swings anymore. I don't get angry very fast, I just feel a lot more calm. Sure I can have a down day. But it does not worry me anymore, because I realize it is normal. My advice? Realize that it is a normal part of life and don't worry about it. Helps for me. Take care.

I am a very busy woman having less time to rest and relax. I'm working online and yes it pay me well but I have less time to enjoy myself. I find myself always moody and I easily get mad which sometimes lead to heated discussions with other people. I prefer to be alone because I hate hearing noise, a soft music helps me soothe the stress I have everyday. But honestly, I'm bothered in how I easily react negatively to something. People think I'm a snob but I myself can't believe it. I'm friendly but I guess the nature of work I have is 90% affecting my moods and behavior. I also noticed that having a full sleep with soft music brings me back to my old self, a friendly, outgoing and an open minded person.

At this point in time, i really have no idea how to get out of this. I hate feeling and reacting like this. It takes someone with a lot of guts and patience to calm me. But, to ignore it sometimes help for a bit, untill it worsen. TATA.

I must admit i am a moody person. My friends say i have an alter ego that will just appear instantly. And it affects to the things i am doing. One good thing though is that it does not bother me when i do big decisions.
