Hey guys, its summer...and yeah here comes the heat. Question is, how do you guys beat the summer heat? As for me, I try to drink lots of cold water...and go to the mall as well. lol. I can't go to the beach cause I'm almost due. So, I just stay in the house till my baby comes out. How about you guys? How do you beat the summer heat?

hello donsky, same here I drink lots and lots of water. I also take a bath two times a day and eat cold drinks and desserts. Since we already had are summer vacation and we can't go to beach anymore because we are on a tight budget, I just stay at home and open all our windows or sometimes switch the fan or air conditioner.

Hurray for your coming baby! Congrats! Hope you have a safe delivery! How do I beat summer heat? I take a bath 3 or 4 times a day. It's good that water supply here in our place is somewhat strong. I always drink iced cold drinks, water or iced tea, even coffee. I have this habit of munching ice cubes, feels like munching peanuts to me... ! Can't go to the beach or swimming pool right now, those places are quite far from our place. When the rain falls in the afternoon or early evening, we all take a bath in the rain!

hit the beach!!! im from a tropical country and the beach or the pool could surely beat the summer heat. also from my town there is a resort that's just 20 minutes outside the city located beside a river. the water is so cool and refreshing. its a pretty popular place especially at a time and weather like this... =)

Yeah, the beach sounds pretty good right about now. But I can't really travel far anymore cause I'm almost due. Anyway, the bathroom is just a few steps away! lol

it is rely hot outside, at 7 am you can feel how hot will be during the day, during weekdays i don't have problem cause i stayed in the office but during weekend, i stay at home and do household chores and unwine in the evening, yup hydrating your body during this season is advisable...

I stay in my house doing online job rather than going out for work. I can't tolerate the heat of the season, It almost breaks my head when aching. I drink a lot of water. I take a bath 2 times a day. The bad thing happen outside that I want to avoid is when in the midst of heat the rains suddenly burst down. That will give me another illness. I can't afford to get sick.
