Many people will come across this problem or encountered such situations. If the company doesn't provide you a satisfying or reasonable wage, then you want the boss to give you a raise, how would you do? Will you have a talk to the boss face to face? Or will you write a sensational letter and email to your boss? Or will you keep silence to wait and see a perfect chance to quit and change your job straightforwardly? Dear mylotters, What is your choice? Do you prefer a direct way or an indirect strategy?

I think I would prefer a direct way but I won't say it bluntly. I will most likely write a sensational letter and email to my boss with reasons for raising my pay along with my work performance.

Hello, Minotaur. That's reasonable. It is necessary for us to provide full reasonable reasons for requiring a raise and make clear explanation to the boss. According to the actual conditions and our work performance, the boss will take our words into consideration and make his decision. Thanks very much for your dropping point of view. Happy mylotting!

Simply, ask him. But, before that, i must point out to him that i deserve to get a raise. I will show my dedication and loyalty to the progress of the company. Believe me, it will work.

Hello, Grat. Definitely right. We have to expound reasonable reasons for deserving a raise and then put forward the request. I think the boss will make a measure upon my explanation and seriousness. Thanks very much for your response. Happy mylotting!
