Complex relationship in office

I have found that, in any office the relationship among workers, managers is very complex. Sometimes, we have to say something, although maybe it is relate to work, we also should consider the relationship between this worker and manager or others. I insure that it is no good for us and for a company, but it is ture, and lots of us have known it, sometimes we would feel that we could not improve it. I think if a company work open-ended, it willbe nice and efficient.

My manager is open to everything especially if it is for the good of the whole deparment and company as well. I'm lucky to have her because it is very difficult to find a boss like her. I dont have a big salary but I'm happy with the people around me, tha's the reason why I stick to this job. I'm happy with my work and I feel blessed about it.

It is alwasy that the relationship between colleagues is complex. Though sometimes it looks peace, yet there are conflicts in private. I do not like this state and i like to communicate with people of easy going. However, in reality, it is not alwasy satisfying. At present, colleagues around me are kind, lucky, not difficult to communicate. No matter in what occasions, i tell myself do not do anything that break the relatiship between colleagues, without head-on contradicts, even though at some time, we have conflicts, do not let it spread. Keep a peace environment, so good.

Well, it's difficult to be impartial all the time because the managers are simply not present at all times to observe the workers. So depending on the circumstances that the managers saw the workers working, they may have good impressions for some and bad impressions for others. If they have the extra opportunity to get to know any workers such as them being their personal friends, they will likely to trust them more.
