Hi friends, How to learn overseas language like U.k and U.S.A. How to learn phonetics, stress, Intonation. How to learn online with out payment? Is there any website?

I have no interest with learning english, by reading alone and keeping a record of the many phrases, I get a grasp of it as long as the model examples are sufficient. After reading a hundred thousand words, I doubt it if my english wouldn't improve.
