Blogging for the money, please give me advices

I've tried make extra money online for almost a year. The first and easiest way to earn money from internet is PTC site. Even I've scammed by many PTC sites but I still join PTC sites. Day by day I find one by one new and legit site. I used to join HYIP. HYIP used to my favorite way to earn money. No work, and money just flow into my account. Money worked for me! I used to join 6 hyip sites. But it just for 3 months. One by one my hyip going down. Three of them even never give me profit for a penny. I've lost much money. I also join many survey sites but I get very few invitations and no one survey eligible for me. I joined microworker and minuteworker but it isn't easy. Now, I thought about blogging. I heard we can make some cash from our blog. We can join adsense to get money from them. But I don't understand how to start. I don't know what kind of blog are allowed. Furthermore, I never make blog before. I need your advices who have expert in blog. Please share your experience here about blogging and adsense. What are blog content allowed by adsense?
