i did not read the full book but i read the summary about it. it's a nice book really. sad that i did not have enough money to buy the book. hehhe.. but anyway, it tells us that money does not make the world go around and that we should make money work for us and not us being enslaved by richness... and it's correct. all we have to do and aim is to have a good life... atleast being able to survive our daily needs and have something for savings... be happy and be contented. think of enjoying life with simplicity. read the book. it's worth it!

I read it, its a good book. Everyone should read it, i highly recommend it. I agree that if we want to run a good company, we should hire good people. And in order to get them, we should pay them well...

I agree, some companies pay very low wages and have a large turnover.. this can add expence for the company. And when I get my business off the ground I expect my employees to give 100% so there has to be something in it for them.. I was always compensated well in my past employment.
