What is your speaking and doing work style??

In everyday life how do you speak with the people fast or calmly or on a medium note!and the working like in a restleness way or a tuned way!well mine is not at a the same note sometime i speak so fast that the other dosent understands,sometimes slow its very uneven!kinds!what wbout you???i am very restless person!what should i do??

Sometimes when i'm hyper, i speak fast. Sometimes, i speak slow, usually when i'm relaxed. I find it that when i'm speaking slow, i make a lot of sense than when i'm speaking fast cuz i'm more calm that way.
