Take the battery, sim and memory card out, put them all in rice straight away. This will dry it, then leave it there overnight. Put it back together and it should be fine.

Using hair dryer to dry up the phone is totally not recommended because it might just damage the parts or other components of the phone. First thing to do is to remove the battery from the phone. You must not try (at all) to turn on the phone immediately to try if it is still working. You must just let it dry. You may also put it in a plastic bag which is sealed and place it in rice (uncooked) because it will sip the moisture of the phone. You may also try not placing it in a plastic but you may think not trying to cook the rice anymore for consumption. You may leave the phone for a week or two to make sure that it is completely dry to prevent short circuit.

I have never had that problem, but if I did, I am sure I would go into a panic, as the phone Ihave now is quite expensive, and I certainly wouldn't want anything happening to it. I avoid getting my phone wet, as I have heard wht can happen when it gets wet. It would cease to stop working that is for sure. This is the only phone I have, and I certainly have to take good care of it. I really don't take my phone into the bathroom, and when I do, I make sure it doesn't land in the toilet or fall into the sink when the water is running. Take care and happy mylotting.

DO NOT PUT IT IN A MICROWAVE! Quickly turn it off and take out the battery Then wipe it with a dry cloth as quickly as possible and then stuff the battery and the phone in a bowl of rice (which absorbs the moisture) Wait 24 hours then turn it on.

First remove Sim card and Battery from your mobile and then take a screw driver open your mobile phone and dry whole the circuit board, after that keep your mobile open in sun light for a 2-3 hours, now assemble it your mobile must be ON now. I have experience, my mobile was also gone to water.
