Power cables in Australia

United States

Is there a place where I can get a converter for Australian to USA power cables? Long story short, I just moved from Australia to the USA and I brought all my stuff with me. Well, all of the power cables I brought were the Australian kind because I wasn't even thinking that they wouldn't fit here. They look like this: ( http://www.powercablewarehouse.com.au/ ) so they obviously won't fit in American outlets. I'm sure this is a stupid question but I really don't know the answer. Can I convert these somehow, or do I have to buy all new American appliances? Thanks!
