Please go to sleep in time, for our health

Now we have TV-set, computer, sometimes we have to do work at night, and some of us even stay up all night. But it is really very harmful for our health. You see, for everybody, our organs begin to work at about 23:00 one by one, 21:00 to 23:00 lympha works; from 23:00 to 01:00, liver works; 01:00 to 03:00, gall bladder working time; from 03:00 to 05:00, lung detox; 05:00 to 07:00, colon detoxification; 07:00 to 09:00, small intestine absorbs nutrients, so breakfast become more important. So I usually go to sleep before 23:00. How about you? My lotters.

i usually sleep at around 11:00 pm...i know lack of sleep is bad cause i have lo blood pressure due to lack of sleep.

That is right, it is so important. I usually go to sleep around 23:30 as I have some work to do. These days I am still busy, it is a long time since I came here.
