You can mix up carrots, green peas, and corn if you wanted to have a vegan recipe. You can just cook it with a little amount of salt and more butter. You can also make use of broccoli and cauliflower and put some butter into it. Its really good and healthy. I hope you'll enjoy it.

Eggs are not vegan either :)
However you can buy 'No Egg' which is a vegan egg replacer.

I have a tofu recipe! You'll need chopped garlic, sliced ring onions, sliced capsicum(bell peppers), sliced ginger(julienne), sliced black mushrooms, 2 tablespoon veg. oil, 2 tablespoon oyster sauce, half cup of plum sauce and 500 gram cubed tofu. Stir fry everything(except the tofu) for one minute in a working hot wok. Kill the flame and pour the tofu in the wok. Best if dined together with coffee frappe.

This is my favorite Tofu Salad:
Tofu Salad
2 tablespoons vegan mayo
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 pound firm tofu, sliced and well drained
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons minced celery
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, mustard, sugar, turmeric, dill, and parsley. Mix well, and reserve. Place drained tofu in large bowl, and crumble with a fork. Stir in onion and celery. Mix in reserved mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
