Doing exercise 30 minutes is a very good thing. As soon as you get up drink luke warm water(good if it is mixed up with honey and lemon). Try to have a raw tomato first on your empty stomach. Both these fill your stomach well and starts up your digestive system healthy. You wont feel hungry also. Split your food like this---snacks, breakfast, juice, lunch, snacks, dinner. Snacks doesnt means biscuits. Its vegetables or sprouted beans, salads, fruits etc. Drink adequate amount of water. While dieting if you are feeling hungry, then be sure you are not going to lose weight. So you will have to include more vegetables into your food. Even lot of fruits can also increase your calories. Avoid more bananas. Dont even think of dry fruits, choclates, cakes, fry foods, and canned items. If you follow this Its sure you lose the weight. Remember if you have gained weight suddently, its good you take a medical check up for hormone problems. If the weight gain is due to hormone imbalance diet or exercise cant do anything..................

ei thanks for the advice, have you tried going to the gym. i'm thinking to take work-out at least 3x a week, however is it true that if you already stop exercising at the gym it may cause rebound. its like you're going to be fat again because your body is already use to the gym. tnx again

Iam not going to the gm. I do the exercise from the home itself. half an hour walk and 15 min exercise daily keeps me healthy. Iam not in diet. Usually once in a week i try one icecream or chocloate or a fried food. nothing bad is happening to the reduced weight.

I had a hard time losing weight. I went for long walks, and hardly lost a thing. I tried diets, but since I already ate a lot of veggies, it did not work. I finally added chromium to my diet and I started losing. It could be that the chemicals and additives in your diet are preventing weight loss. Another thing that would help is to drink more water, whenever there is tempting food around do something else, make sure to read the labels and if the food product says trans-fat, stay away from it )butter has a natural trans fat, but I am talking about the artificial kind.) Oh and keep away from processed food. So it is better to cook from scratch.
