I am Missaye Mulatie,from Ethiopia. I am very delighted if I get scholarship in psychology everywhere. I am instructor of psychology in Jimma university in Ethiopia. Since my country is developing ,I couldn't have found this opportunity. If possible would you help me.

You try to contact some universities in USA which has special funding for your higher studies in USA. AFter getting confirmation, you can start applying.
