p2p is too dangerous. I don't use them. I use something else
Usenet/Newsgroup is the way to go. But you have to pay for the service.(you won't get caught)
Rather pay then get caught/sued/fined

utorrent is my best p2p when it comes to movies, softwares etc.
while slsk is my p2p program for music ^_^
