Online job vs Working for someone

Both are benefits for us. As long as we earn money. Their are people earned a lot in their online which is more than what they earn in their company. And they just resign for the company since they can earn alot @home. And have a flexible time. Dont need to wake up early. If you look at both side. It have both pros and cons that we need to considered. If you look for the long term work which give you benefits such as life insurance of the company and health insurance for your family. It is better to work in the company.

i think its much stable to work for someone.. because online jobs are not that stable and its like a sideline job.. you must find another job.. a stable job with can provide a better income.. :)

Both have there pluses and minuses which have been mentioned above. I prefer to work for myself, I currently do both. I work for a company as a chef, and I work for myself marketing products and training other people to market products and train other people to market products...
