Hawaiian local's Lomi Lomi salmon recipe

Ingredients: 24 oz Atlantic Salmon salt 7-10 medium size tomatoes OR 3 large ones 1 1/2 cup green onions 1 large sweet yellow onion Directions: 1. Wash off salmon. Run salt all over the fish and wrap in saran wrap (clear wrapper). Place in fridge for 8 hours or over night. 2. Remove from the fridge and place in a bowl with ice cold water. Replacing water every 30 minutes for a total of 1 hour. 3. wash off well and remove skin. 4. Cut into small cube pieces. 5. Cut tomatoes in halves, remove seeds, and dice. Dice onions as well. Chop green onions. 6. In a new clean bowl, add salmon, tomatoes, onion, and green onions. Mix well. ******Lomi Lomi in hawaiian means to massage so make sure your hands are clean and massage away.****** 7. Place in fridge, let it chill and serve when ready. Makes about 10 servings. You don't have to be in Hawaii to taste one of our favorite side dish :)

Thank you, so much for this recipe my wife will love it and I will love it too after it is cooked. We will definently try this. I visited Hawaii once, so I guess this will count for me to eat it. I will post a recipe soon that I call Hawaiian chef's salad. many people have asked for the recipe.
