terrorists, drug dealers, murderers and other criminals spread all over the world. the number are increasing although each countries have the laws to deal with them. i often thinking about punishment for them, death penalty. if every countries agree that death penalty is legalized, do you think the criminals, terrorists, drug dealers will decrease or even disappear at all? what's your point of view?
