well what is the selectors plannig?
Its fair to make experiments, but is it to be done in a trination series, mind that Srilankans are not a low profile team.
Suresh Raina the future indian captain?, Why dont they consider Gautam Gambir?, well its not the issue of captaincy, but please notice that the future indian captain is not playing in our test team.
but gambir should have been selected inthe team, they didnt do that also,
I am just trying to say that Gambir is also injured.
Gauti is a wouded opener palying in t20WC, even though team management is hiding that fact, its clear now.
Gauti is also a victim of IPl, thats why the selectors avoided him, and its not because that he is not a good captain or he is not a good opener, and they neither wants to give him rest.gauti is not fully fit.
we have choosen captain and vicecaptain who are not even a member of our test squad?
Virat Kholi the next vice captain is not in T20WC also.
whats BCCI thinking of?
Murali vijay even though he proved that he is a big failure why the selectors give chance again and again?
why didnt they pick the ipl performers S.Tiwary, A.Rayidu,R.Uthappa, I.Pathan.........
if IPL is not a matter for selction then why do indians play that, for injury?
IPL is injury premier league for indian team.
do you think that this is the way to make experiments by resting 7 senior players.
so is it for the rest of 4 slots the 15+ member squad is fighting?
will our next vice captain get the chance to become the permenant member of inidan team when the 7 seniors return?
Then why do BCCI make this experiments?
lets hope someone will get chance from this young team.

The Indian squad for the tri series in Zimbabwe is full of youngsters with Raina captaining the side. I think the senior players has been rested due to the busy schedule they were under in and also to give chances to the India's bench strenght to taste International cricket. Yes, SriLankans is not a bad side at all but also don't forget that Sri Lanka themselves got a lot of youngsters except for one or two. I think this will be a challenging series for the Indian youngsters. Hope they can come back home with a win in the series.

ya surely youngsters will be tested.
this will be a good challenge for youngsters.
but even if they perform they will not get chance in indian team as 7 seniors will come back to the team after rest.

I think they are expecting more from Murali Vijay. Kohli the slow player and the captain of under 19 was very good player. But leading the team with raina with our sehwag, gambhir was difficult task.
The selectors are not looking for winning the tournament. They are preparing the squad for world cup i think so. Any way India is going to lose some quality players like Uthappa, dravid if they continue their work.

surely the selection is biased one.
Gambir's exclusion was a surprise for me, it may be because of injury. now its all new team good platform for the youngsters to display there talent, lets hope that they will perform.
