I found a book at the store yesterday. IT is a fitness guide and exercise journal. I am starting it this morning. I don't know if it will be beneficial or not. do you keep an exercise journal? I already did weights this morning. I am hoping I can really assess what I am doing and make some real changes as I feel stuck weight wise! Do you think it will help or is it just a waste of time?

Well I cant see there being any harm at all in giving it a try. It's not like it would take long to log each daily activity or exercise you do in an effort to become fit and healthy. It may even give you some real motivation to continue with your exercise regime. Hope it works for you. Have an active day no matter what you decide to do.

I am hoping I can get a good well rounded view of what I am accomplishing, or how far short I am falling! I'll try we'll see if it turns out good or not.

There's never any harm in giving it a try, especially if it cost you nothing to do. Have an energetic day.

... Here's Maggiepie, trying to envision cows squirting milk into buckets, rhythmically, or doing hoof lifts to music...& in the hay, there's Farmer Brown, boogiein' down...! "Exercise dairy?" Sorry, sorry...it was THERE. I hadda use it! Just teasing! But in answer to your question, no, well, once, but they made me keep one! Glad you enjoyed my teasing you! I'm just a total goof when it comes to typos. I actually collect the funniest ones. Thank you for the BR mark! I wasn't even on topic, though! But I'll take it! LOL! Hey Maggiepie!! Good to see you again.. even enjoyed the humor once again!! Actually I thought of you this week as I was moving, I found my pastels that I bought bc you suggested art just for fun! (It's been fun.. for real!) Anyway... I think the diary is helping me.. it's hard to remember to write in it, but I can at least see how little I have accomplished this week!

I do! Mine isn't any kind of fancy, specific fitness journal like yours...mine is just a cool little notebook my brother got me. But I do keep track of how much exercise I am doing. I don't keep track of the "little exercises" I do, like walking to the mailbox or walking to my classes...I just keep track of my deliberate exercises that I take extra time to do.
