I mean Paypal has not listed Laos yet(in the combo box), it listed only Lao citizent. And I made a test Thailand which is closed to my place. So I could have signed in on ebay Paypal account, aksed for the password, they sent, they missed sending to Thailand, after 3 months I got it in my hand they wrote by hand as Lao. My country accepts any cheque.

I joined sites like intoffers and no-minimum. These sites really pay you in instantly either e-gold or paypal. Try it out.
