In today's society we have to be so many things to so many different people. Educating our children is a big concern. parenting is another one. How do the two compate? Are teachers good mothers or do you consider mothers to be good teahers? What do you think?

Teachers are a convenience. Much like a toaster, a microwave, or television. They were made to replace the jobs of parents. Somewhere along the way parents decided they couldn't be bothered with guiding their children through life, and teaching them things. Families were beginning to drift apart. Schools were made where "teachers" could take on that responsibility of a parent. Its a win win situation. The parents lives become easier, and the teachers make some money, but the family itself loses. And over the years family has grown further and further apart. Teachers can make good mothers if paid enough. But mother's are the best teachers.

This depends on the mother and the teacher. I am a mother and at the same time a teacher. I would say not all mothers are good teachers and not all teachers are good mothers. This depends on what the mother wants to achieve or the teacher wants to achieve. As the lifestyle changes, so does the traditional parenting. Mothers often become too busy to teach their children so the responsibility is shouldered to the teacher in school. The sad thing is, there are some teachers who are not that good in school and they do not treat their students well. They seem to do only their job for the pay and not for the love of it.

I think a good mother must be a good teacher. In today's society, most parents want to make a better educational conditions for their babies.Especialy in china, parents hope their child to have great achievements. So they often read some books about how to educate childs to have more experience.A good mother often have some experience and patience.so a good mother must be a goode teacher. Most of teachers often carry out duties, but some not.

Apparently not. Teachers and mothers are in different role. Seldom teachers and mothers happened to the same function. Teachers are excellent as it is their career and they may neglect their own children. Even they put their children as their first priority, the education significance may be different as their special role as mothers. In the mother perspective, they earn money to raise their kids and give the best to them, but it doesn't necessary that they are good teachers. They may not know how to deliver their love and might not have a knowledge on teaching things saying the life, book knowlege etc.

I believe that mothers are good teachers, atleast to their children. Most mothers will teach their children the good stuff cuz they don't want their kids to grow up to be a gang banger or something.

Of course a mother is a good teacher to her children. Perhaps in the process, she can reach another child as well.

Hello, sender. I am a mother.Mother is the first teacher for her child. I think. Teacher in school can teach a lot of students, the teacher can't take care of each student like a mother. However,a mother can teach her kid . have a nice day.

Yeah today most parent give they children education 100% to the teacher. They wanna the teacher to teach every thing, including value of life while mom and dad busy making money. I think parent should taking a bigger responsibility educating their children because family was their first school.

Mothers are the best teacher ..actually parents are the teacher who makes our base strong. Without their teaching we cannot take a good path. What we are today depends upon how our parents teaches us to grow..So I think mothers are good teacher. However Teachers can also be a good mother but this depends upon the person..If the teacher is good and friendly to students and gives moral science then we can consider teacher also a good mothers...This is in my view..

I think all mothers are not good teachers and all teachers are not good mothers. Sometimes if mother is wise then she can be good teacher for her child, as well as teacher also can be good mother but finding teacher who can be good mother is bit difficult. As far as teachers concern I would say experience can be good teacher. I know this is not relative to this discussion but that's my view. We can not teach anybody man learns from experiences.

in my view a mother will be always a good teacher. because in my view. teaching is an ideal profession. which needs more honesty towards the profession. and i think almost all the mothers want for her baby to be good and they do what ever they could to make him or her better. so they could be a better teacher.

I think mothers are good teachers. Teachers are trained to be good educators. They teach students with academic knowledge and few about good conduct. They are good in a sense that they are able to fulfill their duties as educators. Whereas, mothers are great teachers. Aside from the fact that they teach their children academic knowledge by helping them out in their assignments and projects, they teach moral values coming from the heart. As they share time with each other, teaching goes along the way. Even while dining, watching television and movies, playing in the garden, and while sitting around, mothers will always share something that will instill in the minds of the children. So mothers, even if not graduated with education degree, are far more greater to be teachers with respect to their own children.
