Is Umefriends gone?

Hello.
I tried to login into my Umefriends account today, and I got this error page:

Account is not active, if you are website owner, please contact us from members area
What's happened? Is the site gone? The incredible is I've some friends that were already been paid from that site, is unbelievable the site is gone in this way.
More was a social site, no members paid anything to join the site, so if there were some problems why don't inform the members before the shutdown?

These sites can be so unpredictable. I have removed them from my blog. You would of thought that they would of emailed members if it was a legit reason.

That's sounds great. A business plan is a good idea when you want to start any kind of business, from the ones that cost pennies to the ones that cost billions.
Have enough financial resource to keep on the business in the startup phase is the first rule to have a winning business.
