I do not know which site are you trying to refer about since there are a large numbers of Casino Games out there that caters with the use of a Liberty Reserve. One of this online Casino that I know about is the Gambling builder and yes they do pay but I only tried with a small amount of withdrawal.

"Do not bet more than you can afford to lose", this is the common phrase that every gambler should try to remember and thank you for reminding me. It's the reason about why I lost several times due to the fact of failing to follow such a simple golden rule.

I have tried these kind of games. They pay, but they are rigged to make you lose money. I lost twice before quitting. Hope you have good luck with it.
