How do you send a text message? How do you reply?
Nowadays, everybody has a cellphone. And mind you, all the things you can imagine doing in your desktop can now be performed in your touch screen phone, i phones and the like. I am worried about my sister when she is sending me text messages for I cannot comprehend what she is saying. I am not into clans in text messaging because I do not see a point in wasting my prepaid or post paid load in sending text messages to somebody i do not know. My sister, a high school graduate had a clan. Everyday they were sending group messages, personal messages and the like. My point is, is it really worth it? She told me that it relaxes her to know that there is someone whom she can talk to, confide to.
I am worried. I have learned that this clans in text messaging were involved in activities that are beyond my imagination.
Please help. How am I going to urge her not to attend the eyeball they are planning to set this Sunday?

There are a lot of issues recently that I also heard such communities on a cellphone messaging. You have to warn you little sister that they could be a group of illegal gangs to bad influential individuals. If she insist to go then you have to take somebody and watch her back from a distance.

I agree with you. there are some people who initiates this clans, organize an eyeball, or meet up, have a relationship with the members, then disappear. that is a good suggestion. Not that I cannot approve her excessive texting, but what worries me is that I cannot trust those people and most of all, I have no idea where are they from or from what family do they belong. this is being judgmental of me but i am just being protective of her.

Now I remember, there was one time on a daily news that a certain 14 year old girl was gone missing for more than three weeks and that's almost one month. They found her at a certain place wondering around the street of the city. The cause of her disappearance was due to an unknown text mate just as what you have said trying to meet up at a certain place. So you have take to take caution about your little sister.
