Ten dollar click is that scam?

Well, ask your friend to lend you $1000 for 5 days. If he will give you, it means he really got the money, if not..... Simply ask your friend to show you the payment proof. Not the paypal one, if he really got $10k, for sure he putted into a bank, right? So ask him to show you the bank steatment, with the deposit of the 10k. I wish you he will beable to show you any kind of proof. But... don't start to dream too much early, for sure that site is a scam.
