Hi Friends, I read a survey from the famous magazine, which says "No one is satisfied with what they get". When i think about it deeply, i found it may be true. Because frankly, i was not satisfied with my money. I always think about making more money. Not only me, but also every one in my office need some extra income. There is no one satisfied with what they have. Happy Mylotting. Have a nice day.

Well yeah, I guess thats true. But maybe its because the world can be demanding of us as well. Like I'm satisfied with my income, but then the price of groceries increases and stuff like that. So I need to work more and earn more.

Yes, you was correct. Because what we earn until the birth of baby is only for two members then we need to work more for the baby.

Ya sure, because the money is deciding their lives. No one is satisfied with money even though they are multi millionaire.

I agree. I make a decent living, much more this year than I was making last year. Despite the increase in income, I quickly adapted to the extra money with bigger bills. As a result....now I wish I made more money. I imagine that even those who make above 6 figures find ways to spend the extra cash and find themselves wishing for more. Human greed is a powerful motivating factor.

the reason why no one satisfied with what they get is people tend to have a never ending wants and needs. for example we wanted to buy the latest cellphone now then after a year theres another new phone introduce to the market then we will have the eagerness to by that phone again, as long as theres always new then we will always want that item whether we need it or not. in other ways like in our life, we ar enot contented to what we have as we always tend to gain more and more even though we already have some. when it comes to money things, the more money we have, the more we need coz theres too many things out there but the problem is we cant afford them, thats why we keep on wanting a lot of money.

When i think about these things and i always remember the saying from the historic person, which says "Human mentality is like a monkey, it always jumps from one thinking to another and no one can satisfy them".

Hi, Me too,not satisfied with the assets I get,the salary I get,I position I have in the company, the social class I stay,it seems I could never find a niche in the world for myself, for I'm a greedy guy.... In the other hand,I think the greed in human nature is also an inevitable and crucial encouragment and power to step forward along the human history permanently, right??

Right, every human was greedy in nature. To maintain their dignity, they will not show their greedy. But every one was greedy in nature, i think so.

I know money is an issue I am having as well. I have been trying so hard to make ends meet. My husband and I have been struggling a lot the past year and as much as the news says that things are getting better, I do not see it here in Idaho. In my state things are getting worse. The schools are thinking about going four days a week instead of five and some schools want to have all day KIndergarten three days a week (believe most parents are upset about this). If anything the economy is getting worse instead of better. I know I need an extra income to help suppliment my husband's income. My husband's hours keep on getting cut while his boss keeps on hiring new people (he has hired two new people full-time so I know the economy is not hurting him at all).

Yes, because we are based upon the country's economy. If the economy gets worse, then there is increase of tax in each and every goods that we buy. So we need to increase our income. That's the reason, we can't satisfied with what we having.

In my opinion, seeking for satisfaction in life is like forging a double-edged sword. Of course we have each our own desires to pursue a better life, which is perfectly all right. However if we pursue it as a personal goal not matter what it takes, even if it brings unhappiness to others during the process, then I do not we could end up being happy. Each day each moment our minds would be clouded by having more and more money without anything else, which could be quite scary and a pathetic way to live. So I thought besides fulfilling our personal wishes, we should also think of helping others. For example, we can think "I want to earn more money so I can teach my friends in need how to earn their living so they can live happily." This is a noble goal and we tend to work harder to achieve something more meaningful than our own desires. When our friends are happier, we would also feel happy for them, and everyone wins in the end. Don't you think it's great?

I must admit that I am not satisfied with what i have. i have been sick and i can't do the things that other people can do. it sucks, big time! i want to have a stable/high paying job and earn so i could support not only my personal and medical needs but my family and mom's side of the family as well. i want to travel and see places i have never seen before(europe, australia, us, etc), i want to try everything i haven't tried before, i want to have a one bedroom condominium unit, nice car, etc... however, i am still grateful and thankful to God for giving me the chance to live a normal life with the people i love.

Yes, I do agree that it is human nature that keeps us wanting to improve our lives and get more things or better things for ourselves. I guess I would say that I am very satisfied with what I have but I do still want more for myself and to improve my way of life.

Well, I can't say I am thoroughly not satisfied with my life, in someways I am thoroughly satisfied with what I have, and in someways I am not satisfied really. As far as money concern I can say that you'll rarely find a guy who is satisfied with how much money has he. With money no one is satisfied, everyone wants more more and more...................!!

Yes, the world is moving towards the money. As the first member said, today, even the grocerry foods are more expensive and it makes to work for more money.

I think its human nature to always be wanting. It's not only about the money, it also applies with stature, career and so on. Like for instance, I just got promoted from work but after being thankful for the blessing, I strive to get the next one. I see it as motivation to better myself.

We should be satisfied with what we have. We should be grateful at what we have. Very often we are disappointed. We are always grasping for sometthing greater. When we do this we miss out on what is right before us.

yap, because of our daily needs it cannot support our daily income, that is why we have to work and work in order to meet our needs, but sometimes we think why we are not satisfy enough what we have? maybe it is because we need more than what we have..but if you look at the people on the street, their are satisfy as long as they have food to eat, don't matter to them where we will got asleep.. they are happy and contented enough. what i mean this is that, we are contented what we have. and if we need something to buy it must fit to our budget, and must be necessary. God Bless!
