Respond to those discussions at least 50 posts a day. Don't add comment after posting. Rating them after they reply to your start discussion correctly. You will see your earnings after you get more than 500 posts. Don't reply yes or no. Don't post your referal link in the new start discussion. Only in add comnent. At least good replies and four lines. See FAQ at my lot New Alert(s).
