The PCOS (Precinct Count Optical Scanner) machine has made quite a change in the Filipino's system of voting. But Pinoys were not 100% satisfied with it. In some areas, their machine broke down because of the heat while some malfunctioned before people could even start voting. They had no choice but to go back to manual voting. On the other hand, the machine has made vote counting much easier. It has also given quick results which led to faster official proclamations. After experiencing this new method of voting, what can you say about this election and the PCOS machine? Are you still in favor of using it for other upcoming elections?
