How to get back the account?

About long time ago, one of my friend was a member here, but now she forget the account and the password, how to get back this account? Anyone would help me?

you could send your password in your email address..
try logging in with your email account then if the password is wrong try the link which is written at red color it sends your password to your email address.

Well, maybe check out the FAQ information, have your friend contact the admin for account reinstatement?
