I am about open a website for free. There i planed to write about children for parents. My aim is to earn money from ad. Should I write private policy for that?

You can get a free privacy policy online. I got one myself for one site. It's a form you fill in online. Very simple, FreePrivacyPolicy.com. Not an affiliate link, so I hope it's ok to give this

I think Idid read somewhere that it was. that's why I put a Privacy Page on my WordPress site

You only need to get a privacy policy written up if you are to be taking peoples personal details, i.e. if people are going to be signing up for your service and you are to be taking their name, address, post code phone number or email address. Anything personal like that, and you need to get a privacey policy which basically says all infomration is kept private and will not be shared with any 3rd party companies! :)
